We collect what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. It stays in the EU. That's the gist.

2. What we collect

Account info (name, email), financial data you enter (invoices, expenses, contacts, etc.), usage data (how you use the app, anonymized), technical data (IP address, browser type, for security and debugging).

3. Why we collect it

To provide and improve the service. To send you important emails (billing, security alerts). We never use your financial data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

4. Where your data lives

Our servers are hosted in the European Union. We don't transfer data outside the EEA without adequate protection measures in place.

5. Who has access

Our team, on a need-to-know basis. Our hosting provider (under a data processing agreement). No one else. We don't share data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. That's it. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your account and data, export your data in a standard format, object to processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@oarsen.com.

8. Data retention

While your account is active, we keep your data. If you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days. Backups are purged within 90 days.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we'll notify you by email. Significant changes get at least 14 days notice.
